Painting Gallery:

Primitive-Style Paintings (acquired October 2006) -- Tempera paintings or colored drawings in which the artist paints in the style of primitive artists of the colonial American period. Objects appear flat; little horizon is shown; many activities/objects may be shown.

Tropical Birds Paintings (acquired September 2006)-- Tempera paintings in which all twelve colors of the color wheel are used by mixing only the three primary colors of red, yellow, and blue to produce all of the other colors.

Under the Sea Paintings -- Tempera paintings in which all twelve colors of the color wheel are used.
